remedy your needs – a dedicated food & drink show called Scoff & Quaff- its aim
to highlight, promote & celebrate the best of Kentish cuisine.
This popular
show is presented by Jules Serkin from Whitstable, who knows a thing or two
about good food and has been a regular contributor & foody expert to the Kent
Business Bunker, almost as long as that show has been on air.
Scoff &
Quaff is a real culinary celebration, with guests eager to share information
about their produce, recipes, restaurants & food shops. In each informative
programme, Jules discusses the latest food news – cooking & recipe tips from the
finest local producers & catering services in our area, taking your calls &
enquiries along the way.
This fun and friendly show will have you salivating
as the guests & presenters sample & discuss food & drink at its very best, &
will help you to make the most of every recipe you may want to try (all recipes
featured are posted up on the Scoff & Quaff  website page to follow at your
leisure after every show).
Scoff & Quaff airs on
coastal Radio every Wednesday morning between 9 – 10 and again on Sunday's
